Affiliate Programme Terms

Eligibility

The affiliate programme is open to individuals and businesses who apply and are approved by Handld App Ltd. We reserve the right to reject or revoke any application at our discretion.

Commission

Affiliates earn 25% recurring commission on all payments made by customers referred via their unique affiliate link, for as long as the referred customer remains on a paid plan. Commission is calculated on the net payment amount (excluding VAT).

Attribution

A referral is attributed to the affiliate whose link was most recently clicked by the customer within a 90-day window prior to sign-up. Attribution is tracked via cookies and URL parameters.

Payment

Commission is paid monthly, 30 days in arrears, to allow for refunds and chargebacks. The minimum payout threshold is £25. Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for declaring commission income to the relevant tax authority.

Refunds and chargebacks

If a referred customer receives a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate's next payout.

Prohibited activities

Affiliates may not:

• •Bid on Handld's brand terms (e.g. "Handld," "handldhq.com") in paid search advertising
• •Use misleading claims, fake reviews, or deceptive marketing to promote Handld
• •Send unsolicited emails (spam) containing their affiliate link
• •Create websites or social media accounts that impersonate Handld
• •Offer cashback, rebates, or incentives funded by their commission without prior written approval
• •Publish their affiliate link on coupon, deal, or voucher websites
• •Use cookie stuffing, ad injection, or any other manipulative tracking techniques

Brand usage

Affiliates may use Handld's name, logo, and approved marketing materials to promote the Service. All use must comply with our brand guidelines. We reserve the right to request changes to or removal of any affiliate content that misrepresents Handld.

Relationship

Affiliates are independent parties, not employees, agents, or partners of Handld App Ltd. The affiliate programme does not create a joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship.

Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately in cases of fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms. Upon termination, any outstanding approved commission will be paid in the next payout cycle. Pending (unapproved) commission is forfeited.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify the commission rate, cookie duration, payout terms, or any other aspect of the programme with 30 days' notice. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Liability

Handld App Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate's participation in the programme. Our total liability is limited to the commission earned by the affiliate in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
